  About the speakers: Natalie Semmes, Partner, Head of Intelligent Automation, KPMG Natalie has 20 years of experience delivering technology in Financial Services. Her career has centred around shaping, delivering and running technology enabled business transformation which drive shareholder value within financial services institutions. She brings a rich blend of industry expertise, commercial acumen and technology solution architecture and delivery experience. Natalie joined KPMG in 2012 and is responsible for defining and delivering the technology solution for KPMG’s Customer Relationship Centre to provide clients with an end to end managed service for business process management. Guy Mettrick, Practice Leader - Financial Services, Appian Guy Mettrick is Appian's Financial Services Practice Leader in Europe. Responsible for driving Appian's go to market strategy for financial services in Europe. The role includes working with customers, partners and industry associations to ensure Appian deliver applications that help financial firms grow, manage risk and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their business processes. Prior to Appian, he was Head of European Fund Business at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank. He has also held management positions at BNP Paribas and RBC. Guy Mettrick has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies (Finance & Marketing) from the University of Portsmouth. Matt Malone, UK Head Of Risk Transformation, KPMG Matt joined KPMG in 2018 as a Partner in KPMG’s UK firm and Head of risk and regulatory transformation. Matt’s career covers a mix of industry and management consulting experience across an array of industry sectors and disciplines. In all his work he’s recognised for leading businesses through breakthrough customer, technology, culture and risk-led transformational change.Prior to joining KPMG Matt worked for HSBC where he led customer and conduct transformation of the investment, retail, commercial and private banking businesses. Matt’s focus at KPMG is on working with the executive teams of the UK’s leading corporations to reframe and transform risk management to be a strategic capability to take advantage of the disruption from the 4th industrial revolution. This includes maximising the value of investments in regulation to deliver greater agility, performance improvement, innovation and sustainable growth. Matt is a strong supporter of diversity and an ally of KPMG’s LGBT network, Breathe. Mark Thompson, Global Head Of Privacy Advisory, KPMG Mark is the Global Lead for KPMG’s Privacy Advisory Practice, which specializes in providing privacy-related support to global and domestic member firm clients. During his career, Mark has lead support projects for some of the world’s largest organizations in the following industries: financial services, telecommunications, retail, life sciences, transportation, media, utilities, and manufacturing. Mark has also helped many clients develop their global privacy strategies, and design, develop, and implement robust and pragmatic privacy improvement programs. Mark has served on a range of industry and adviser committees; he is currently on the International Association of Privacy Professionals European Advisory Board.
